TOP 3 MOVIES OF 2010

Innumerable year-end countdowns are then again surfacing and its flodding the whole cyber world- for an obvious reason! 2010 is saying goodbye. From the best albums, artists, songs to the most influential people of the year to your other quirky lists. Name them and with just a few letters from your keyboard, Voila! it's a feast. But somehow I would also love to make one for myself.
Truth of the matter is, 2010 has been a very pleasant year in the motion picture world. From production, to movie concepts, to the castings and the most important, directing, 2010 is indeed one of the best in the decade. So to deduce my list I have logged on to the infamous IMDB.com and looked out for all the movies this year that have stand out.

3. THE SOCIAL NETWORK
Basically, the idea of transcending Mark Zuckerberg and his infamous Facebook into the movie screens was initially doubted. Facebook's success in social networking doesn't give any guarantee to the future success of the movie. Of course, after anything else, huge gross sales in the box-office is still a hot issue. So the movie was released and voila! it went to the headlines and made a pretty much amount of fortune after weeks of release. In all fairness, let us give the credit to the actors who effortlessly carried out their individual roles thus making the movie worth putting in any list which says "One of the Best". Jesse Adam Eisenberg's facile depiction of Mark Zuckerberg is truly amazing. I saw this guy's inventive acting in 2009's Zombieland and he impressed me even more after the movie. Andrew Garfield also had his share of the limelight, he is cunning and pretty much natural and I got to say that his acting is unforgettable.

2. INCEPTION
There are only three words to best describe this Nolan magnum opus, "smart, wild and innovative". This movie is a total knockout, a great treat to all avid movie goers out there. Di Caprio shines in here as he really showed his ingenuity and his collaboration with Nolan is a perfect match made from heaven. One of the best for the decade and it will definitely set a boulder-like standard for future movie makers to do good. I believe that Inception is both outstanding intellectually and visually. The most amazing thing  about the movie is that it sets out to target the general market but didn't compromised its luxe in quality. I mean many movies tend to fall out on either critical success or box-office success, but this movie conquered both prestige.

1. BLACK SWAN

What makes the movie genius is the perfect ensemble of the actors as well as the flawless execution of all the necessary scenes. Bold and passionate is my personal description of the movie. A psychological melodrama that is verily intensifying. It ruled both domestic and international film circles as the world was fascinated by this silent movie. Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis were at their bests, simply because they did the roles robustly. I am just waiting for Portman's Oscar's trophy and Kunis is also commendable for one.
