Good Times with Good Friends

Okay!!! I was just like expecting my entire stay here in MSU (Mindanao State University, Philippines) to be totally boring, loathsome, indeed. So, after a year of non-schooling as I was not able to pursue Medical school right after graduating, it somehow created a little bit of insecurity and desperation which basically devastated me. I was not able to revisit MSU for even years and for some reason I just couldn't explain the sudden rush of adrenaline into my whole system the moment I've finally decided to come. But it wasn't a hard guess game, I presumed! Automatically, my neurons picked up the signals and it said- Friends, Friends, Friends, good friends.
The yuletide season rushed in and everyone was on their ways to hit the roads to finally rest in nostalgic sheets at home. And as for me, it was quite opposite, I was here trying to figure why I couldn't go home. Nothing popped in! I guess I was soaked up with too much drama so allow me to enjoy all the fun and perks with my stay here.
For Chito's birthday, we went to Timoga (it's like one of the most renown recreation resort in the entire region) and we seven had the best of our time. Allow me to have the opportunity to share all those stuffs that I could possibly evoke in this blog. First is the fact that we were reunited for like seven months of not seeing each other, it was really an exciting and fun experience. Chito and Nafie are both in Med School while Me, Tox, Hassan, Pax and Micky were all still putting our feet together for a possible Medical career. It was truly an amazing moment for me, seeing old friends who have been there for you since like forever. It is like being them relives all the good moments we had together when we were still in college. Second, as we graduated somehow we have some personal issues in ourselves which we either outwit or it consumed us. Some stayed who they are while some, a little bit had some throwbacks and it's not really some bad things I wan t to persecute. Third would be the fact that these people support you in any way they can, I mean they may act rude, mean and stubborn sometimes but these things don't erase the fact that their hearts are swarmed by positive attitude (cornball!!!). Lastly, as in end this one let me thanks God and these goodfellas here in being a great and warm company. They are all more than friends, even more than a brother and due to that, kudos to everyone!!!

TOP 3 MOVIES OF 2010

Innumerable year-end countdowns are then again surfacing and its flodding the whole cyber world- for an obvious reason! 2010 is saying goodbye. From the best albums, artists, songs to the most influential people of the year to your other quirky lists. Name them and with just a few letters from your keyboard, Voila! it's a feast. But somehow I would also love to make one for myself.
Truth of the matter is, 2010 has been a very pleasant year in the motion picture world. From production, to movie concepts, to the castings and the most important, directing, 2010 is indeed one of the best in the decade. So to deduce my list I have logged on to the infamous IMDB.com and looked out for all the movies this year that have stand out.

3. THE SOCIAL NETWORK
Basically, the idea of transcending Mark Zuckerberg and his infamous Facebook into the movie screens was initially doubted. Facebook's success in social networking doesn't give any guarantee to the future success of the movie. Of course, after anything else, huge gross sales in the box-office is still a hot issue. So the movie was released and voila! it went to the headlines and made a pretty much amount of fortune after weeks of release. In all fairness, let us give the credit to the actors who effortlessly carried out their individual roles thus making the movie worth putting in any list which says "One of the Best". Jesse Adam Eisenberg's facile depiction of Mark Zuckerberg is truly amazing. I saw this guy's inventive acting in 2009's Zombieland and he impressed me even more after the movie. Andrew Garfield also had his share of the limelight, he is cunning and pretty much natural and I got to say that his acting is unforgettable.

2. INCEPTION
There are only three words to best describe this Nolan magnum opus, "smart, wild and innovative". This movie is a total knockout, a great treat to all avid movie goers out there. Di Caprio shines in here as he really showed his ingenuity and his collaboration with Nolan is a perfect match made from heaven. One of the best for the decade and it will definitely set a boulder-like standard for future movie makers to do good. I believe that Inception is both outstanding intellectually and visually. The most amazing thing  about the movie is that it sets out to target the general market but didn't compromised its luxe in quality. I mean many movies tend to fall out on either critical success or box-office success, but this movie conquered both prestige.

1. BLACK SWAN

What makes the movie genius is the perfect ensemble of the actors as well as the flawless execution of all the necessary scenes. Bold and passionate is my personal description of the movie. A psychological melodrama that is verily intensifying. It ruled both domestic and international film circles as the world was fascinated by this silent movie. Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis were at their bests, simply because they did the roles robustly. I am just waiting for Portman's Oscar's trophy and Kunis is also commendable for one.
